P&L waterfall gross → net sales → platform fees → creator cost → ad spend → refunds → net settlement
Only leaf rows are additive. Subtotals are exact partitions of the leaves above them, so the running balance never double-counts. The final check proves marketplace contribution equals the settlement total TikTok actually paid.

Nothing is silently omitted. Every fee component TikTok sent us is listed below —
including the ones deliberately kept out of the P&L, which are shown greyed out with the
reason, not hidden. If TikTok invents a new fee category tomorrow it appears here as
unmapped rather than vanishing.

This is the one cost on this page that TikTok never shows you. Amazon ships nearly every
TikTok order out of FBA via Multi-Channel Fulfillment and bills the fee on the Amazon
settlement, so it appears in no TikTok report. It is joined here order-by-order:
Amazon’s merchant_order_id on an MCF settlement row is the
TikTok order_id, so there is no matching heuristic and no allocation
— each fee is tied to the exact order that caused it. Because it lives outside TikTok’s
settlement it sits below marketplace contribution on the Summary tab, which keeps the
✓ Ties proof intact.
Monthly coverage what share of each month’s TikTok orders carry an MCF fee yet
Coverage is the honesty check. An order shows no MCF fee when it was cancelled,
never shipped, or its Amazon settlement has not closed yet. A low percentage on the newest
month is settlement lag, not a cheap month — read that month as incomplete.

Same FIFO cost P&L v4 uses — not a second opinion. Every unit is priced off
eddie_v2_fifo_cost.tbl_z_mtz_pnl_cogs_monthly, column
cogs_per_set: the FIFO cost of what sold that month, at set
grain. The order’s seller_sku is an RE number, which maps through
NetSuite to a classification, which carries that month’s rate. Both sources are read-only
here. The brand licence royalty is already inside cogs_per_set and is
not added twice. Cancelled orders are excluded — nothing shipped, so nothing was consumed.
Monthly cost coverage what share of each month’s units resolved to a FIFO rate
Coverage is the honesty check. A unit that resolves to no rate is counted as
uncosted, not priced at zero — a missing cost is missing data, not a free unit.
“Fallback rate” counts units priced off their classification’s most recent
month because their own month had no rate yet.

Creator & affiliate spend
Dollars are authoritative from the settlement API; creator identity comes from Affiliate Center CSV exports. An order carrying several creators is split in proportion to their CSV share. Affiliate partner commission is a separate P&L line and is not in this table — the small gap versus total creator cost on the Summary tab is exactly that.

Ingestion path. These REQUEST / COLLECT endpoints write to the legacyeddie_v2_tiktok_pnl dataset. The P&L tabs above read the rebuilt
eddie_v2_tiktok_pnl_v2 dataset. New pulls therefore do not
appear in the P&L until the v2 rebuild is re-run.
